Taking a look back at the NASCAR Cup, Xfinity, and Truck Series events at Phoenix Raceway!
This past weekend at Phoenix Raceway, the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series, and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Serfies have each crowned a brand-new champion, after an exciting weekend of racing in the desert.
Driving the No. 12 Ford Mustang for Team Penske, Ryan Blaney captured his first career championship in the NASCAR Cup Series, after finishing second place to Ross Chastain in Sunday’s 312-lap event.
Driving the No. 00 Ford Mustang for Stewart-Haas Racing, Cole Custer also captured his first career championship in the NASCAR Xfinity Series after putting down an incredible effort in NASCAR Overtime on Saturday.
Driving the No. 99 Ford F-150 for ThorSport Racing, Ben Rhodes picked up his second championship in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series after surviving an incredibly chaotic event from Phoenix Raceway, one that involved lots of chaos and on-track action late in the race.

#SrigleyStats Spotlight Driver - Phoenix - Kaden Honeycutt
Kaden Honeycutt has shown incredible promise and talent since joining the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series on a part-time basis a couple of years ago. But, this past weekend, the Willow Park, Texas-native had one of the most successful runs of his career.
On Friday, Honeycutt competed in the ARCA Menards Series West event at Phoenix Raceway - where he finished ninth and captured the Owner’s Title for Cook Racing Technologies.
Later that night, he strapped into the No. 02 for Young’s Motorsports, where he picked up another top-10 finish in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, after contending for a top-five late in the going.
Upon the end of the chaotic NASCAR Truck Series event at Phoenix, Honeycutt then flew back to North Carolina overnight, where he would strap into a Pro Late Model for the CARS Tour event at Caraway Speedway.
Starting from the rear - just 13 hours after the end of the Truck Series race - Honeycutt flew through the pack to win the event. After that, the driver would run his fourth race in one day, driving from 25th to sixth in the CARS Late Model Stock Car event.
The efforts were insanely impressive for Honeycutt, who managed to record a victory and four top-10 finishes — on two different sides of the country, in four different types of vehicle — in 24 hours.
Sunday at Phoenix Raceway, Kevin Harvick wrapped up what has been a successful NASCAR Cup Series career, running his last race in the No. 4 Ford Mustang for Stewart-Haas Racing.
Having finished 778 of his 826 career starts, Harvick has a finishing rate of 84.189, the highest in the NASCAR Cup Series among drivers with more than six starts, all-time.
