Hey everyone! Thanks for subscribing to the #SrigleyStats Sheet. Obviously, you’re getting this on a Saturday, and that is not normal, especially when the next race weekend has already started. On Tuesday, I came down with a really bad stomach bug, so I’ve been trying to recoup and recover all week long.

TALLADEGA - CAREER-BEST FINISHES:

RFK RACING SCORES IMPRESSIVE DOUBLE TOP-FIVE
RFK Racing hasn’t performed at this high a level in the NASCAR Cup Series for quite a few years, which was signaled by a double top-five result in the GEICO 500 at Talladega Superspeedway, with Chris Buescher and Brad Keselowski.
It’s the first time since July 2016 at Daytona that RFK Racing has placed two entries inside the top five in a single NASCAR Cup Series event.
JOEY GASE FINDS SUCCESS AS TEAM OWNER
For the first time since creating upstart NASCAR Xfinity Series team Emerling-Gase Motorsports, Joey Gase has placed an entry inside the top-10, scoring a ninth-place result in Saturday’s Ag-Pro 300 in the No. 35 Ford Mustang.
It’s the best-ever finish for the organization, beating out a 12th-place result by Parker Kligerman at Circuit of The Americas in 2022.
