CHEVROLET SHOWS EARLY STRENGTH

Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. (Daytona), Kyle Busch (Auto Club), and William Byron (Las Vegas), have captured victories in the first three NASCAR Cup Series events of 2023, all of whom drive for Chevrolet.

It’s the first time since 2010 that any manufacturer has swept the first three races of a NASCAR Cup Series season and the first time in NASCAR history that a manufacturer has done it with three different teams.

BUSCH PUTS A BEATDOWN ON THE TRUCK SERIES FIELD

Kyle Busch, in his first NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event of 2023, had a stranglehold on the field Friday at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, finishing the event 4.981 seconds ahead of Zane Smith.

It’s the largest margin of victory on an oval in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series since Las Vegas Motor Speedway in 2020, when Busch beat Johnny Sauter by more than five seconds.
