AUTHOR’S NOTE: For those of you subscribed to the #SrigleyStats Sheet, I’m sure you’ve already realized that there wasn’t a second email newsletter that went out last week for Talladega Superspeedway.
Since creating the #SrigleyStats Substack earlier in the year, my workload has dramatically increased. As the season has moved into the Summer - and now into the post-season - I have realized the way I am currently operating is not sustainable.
Therefore, as of January 1st, 2024, there will no longer be a paid subscription for the #SrigleyStats Substack. At this time, I am still dedicated to finishing out the season releasing both a ‘Weekend Recap’ and ‘#SrigleyStats Sheet’.
I don’t necessarily know the exact form in which this Substack is going to continue beyond the end of this year, but I am hopeful that it will return in 2024, seeing as there are more than 750 people subscribed to the free version of #SrigleyStats.
For anybody with questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.

CHRISTOPHER BELL FINDING MAJOR SUCCESS IN QUALIFYING
On Saturday, Christopher Bell did it once again, picking up his sixth pole of the season in the NASCAR Cup Series at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, extending his already series-leading mark.
Since 1990, Bell is just the sixth driver to record 10 poles in the NASCAR Cup Series within their first 150 starts, joining Ryan Newman (56), Kasey Kahne (87), Jeff Gordon (88), Davey Allison (119), Mark Martin (122), and Christopher Bell.
STEWART-HAAS FINDING GROOVE IN XFINITY SERIES
With Riley Herbst scoring the victory in Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series event at Las Vegas, and Cole Custer finishing in third place, Stewart-Haas Racing placed two entries inside the top five for the second straight weekend.
Prior to last weekend’s event at Charlotte’s ROVAL, Stewart-Haas Racing had only accomplished that one previous time in the team’s Xfinity Series tenure, when Cole Custer and Kevin Harvick scored top-fives at Texas in 2017.
