LEGACY MOTOR CLUB STARTING TO BUILD TOWARD THE FRONT
With a third-place finish in Sunday’s Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway, Erik Jones picked up his first top-five finish of the NASCAR Cup Series season in the No. 43 Allegiant Travel Chevrolet Camaro, which also marked the first-ever top-five finish for the rebranded LEGACY MOTOR CLUB.
SHELDON CREED TRANSFORMING INTO MORE CONSISTENT DRIVER
Since missing the NASCAR Xfinity Series Playoffs in 2022, Sheldon Creed has come back to the series with Richard Childress Racing and has a vengeance, especially as the post-season approaches, scoring three top-five results in the last four races.
Additionally, the driver of the No. 2 Chevrolet Camaro has put together five consecutive finishes inside the top eight, which marks a career-high for the California-born driver.
GRANT ENFINGER CONTINUES TO BE MODEL OF CONSISTENCY
Heading into Bristol Motor Speedway, Grant Enfinger, driver of the No. 23 Chevrolet Silverado for GMS Racing, has been the model of consistency, scoring no finish worse than the 17th-place result he earned at Kansas Speedway.
With only four races left on the season, should Enfinger complete the season with all top-20 finishes - Bristol, Talladega, Homestead, and Phoenix - he would become the first driver since Tyler Reddick in 2015 to sweep the year with top-20s.
